Ah, I've just noticed you have gone from Frances who died in 1953, to ABOUT 1953!! LOL There are no Frances Lister deaths in 1953. You can search free on Ancestry....... Merry

Oh! When you said a child who died in 1953, I thought you meant the dead person was of a young age! So....Francis (that's the mans spelling)....Frances (??) Lister died in 1953 (a spinster??) ....and her death cert mentioned her parents names? (unusual for an adult death). How old was Frances when she died? Merry

John was born about 1850 his daughter Francis died about 1953 at a goold old age. My mother's family is quite long lived!

Making some progress on thisa side of the tree. I have John Clark and Mary Ann (m/s unknown) of the death cert of a child Francis Lister who died in Leeds in 1953. I am trying to find birth details for John who was born about 1850. Any help gratefully received! Thanks
