Ed, Tip: If you don't like the messages on here then why read them or bother to post? If something annoys me or I am bored with a website, I go elsewhere! Have you got any constructive comments to make about GR or just negative ones? Cheers, Horatia

Methinks there may be a 'naughty ' theme running here considering the surname Ed has given to Dorothy + the word he uses for 'Cellotape'!! Perhaps it is just me -perhaps a co-incidence, bit more appropriate to the 'General' board don't you think Ed ?, especially as you are the one making the point. Dea X

It seems Dorothy Dix was a real person: http://library.apsu.edu/dix/dix.htm She ran an advice column so I would say the Tips Board is an advice column too! Or is Ed a bit of an exhibitionist - not quite sure what he is getting at! Is it worth me wondering I ask myself! ;-) Cheers, Horatia

Personally I think Ed is very jealous of Glynn and wants to apply for the temporary vacant position of gimp. He would of course have to take a crash course in manners first -LOL A course in English/Australian slang translation wouldn't go amiss either after last week!!

Glen has his underling gimp already - a young man of charm and wit, Mr Owen from General so erm, dont think Mr. Ed stands a chance.

- then why do you bother ? And I suppose your appearance here will be the same as usual - one stupid posting and then you run away and hide for a few weeks.

Dorothy, I'm glad you exist. I Googled to find you and then Ed said you were a sham! I'm pleased to see there is nothing wrong with my Googling skills despite what Ed says. ;-) All power to Dorothy Dix! She makes a welcome change from Dorothy Cotton! LOL! ;-) Cheers, Horatia

Hi Horatia Dorothy has had to go away for a while and has asked me to pass on a message to you..... .....She says - Your googling skills are fine and please try not to worry too much, just have confidence when you google and you will soon see the difference in your results.

Deb, is Dorothy Dix something you slip into every so often?

ed, you complain about the 'subjects' of some of the threads, but they you go and post this.... isn't that a bit hypocritical? I can say that there isn't a single thread on the front page of Tips board that i do not not find useful, all excluding this one. Even if people are chatting - there are still tips, how they found g g g g auntie Bessie or whatever. If you don't like it then why come one?

'Scuse me, but can we stop replying to Ed's thread? The more we do (and fratch) the more Tips will become like General!!
