Did you know that tinsel is made from processed grass roots? I thought it grew on trees like spaghetti. J

I got most of my feedback from the grass roots

The thread on the swingometer broke just before close of polls and unfortunately the leading candidate was mortally wounded as it fell. J

Mortally wounded ???

Louise Report 1 Sep 2006 23:37

As time passes the candidates look more and more nervous. Anxious moments as they have to think about both an acceptance speech or possibly the dreaded brave loser thing! Good luck to all.

Shocking news! 13 votes to each candidate - a recount is taking place. Please don't let us have to have another election!!!

Louise, As the only other person on here who I can truly rely upon would you please go to the Ballot Thread and count the returns for me. I made it a three way draw with 13 votes each exactly so could you cast your eye over it for me please - bearing in mind people could only vote once and accounting for spoilt papers etc etc etc. Many thanks Snowdrops who now wants to go to bed after a very long three days keeping you lot to the rules you cheating g**s

Mortally wounded means dead. As in what happens when folk in Lincoln Green get shot by an arrow. Sometimes mistranscribed as mentally worsted, but that's the material they make straitjackets from. J
