Hi Karen, I did just that for one of my rellies yesterday, I found a possible 25...yes, 25. All the same name, the same area, the same year. I will try and find baptism records that may lighten the load a bit. Kathlyn

if you know when their first child was born try a search 2yrs before and after first to narrow it down, karen

Hi all. In desperation I've decided the only way I might track down my great-grandparents is to go through the BMDs looking for their marriage. Is there any way of telling whether the name you want is actually in there somewhere or is the only option to plough through each quarter until you find them(or not)?
