My father came from Bath so I am interested in that area.I have the marriage index already but do you have the extra details? I would be interested in any Cavvel (sp) Cleverley or Wilton baptisms. I have a photo of St. Swithen's Walcott. I took a few weeks ago if any one wants a copy. Thanks Anne p.s. Bath BMD should be adding deaths to 1908 at the end of the month.

Thankyou very much. I don't think William and Lucy are mine but you never know. For anyone following this thread Bathbmd give the church for marriages after 1837- they have information for North-east Somerset not just Bath. Anne

Sandra, Don't worry if you already have a lot to look for but I'd be grateful if you could look out for the surnames Eldridge, Ingram, Whittick or Potter. (I know that John Eldridge married Anne Potter in Walcot in 1799) Thanks a lot Judith

I hope you don't mind me muscling in but I have the index on disk which makes searching much quicker. I found John Eldridge marrying Ann Potter by banns on 23. 04. 1799 at St. Swithen Walcott. He was batch otp and she was spin otp. I don't have any other details. There were 20 other Eldridge marriages if you want any others. Anne

Elizabeth Report 28 Oct 2006 08:36

Sandra, I would love anyhting on the WEAVER family. Richard Thomas married Ann Bradbury about 1825. Emilie Jane was one daughter born about 1830. She married Myles Ariel in Bristol. I have that, but nothing definite before for the Weavers, only the census info from Ancestry. No hurry. Thank you, Libby.
