I only knew one grandparent and called her Grandma, I am Grandma to one lot of ine and Granny to the other. Nanny is a NO NO in our family, that was my mother's occupation and is considered an insult to a natural grandmother. Jennifer

My six grandchildren call me Grandma. Four of them live abroad so contact is mostly by telephone - it is wonderful to hear the shout, 'Its Grandma', when one of them answers the phone. My Mum was called Nanna by all of the grandchildren + their spouses & the great grandchildren. Jo
