Unfortunately they may have to do something at their end to get it right. at least its not a 900 nos cos that is dear!!. Shirley

I am with Orange, althought its Freeserve or was. Have tried rebooting. Have contacted ISP by e-mail to check if there was a problem, they said phone technical department as usual 0870 number which costs a fortune. Betty

Maybe your ISP has got a problem. have you tried rebooting the pc cos this sometimes clears things. Shirley

My computer keeps disconnecting from the internet, can anyone tell me why this would happen. I have clicked on tools, internet options, click advanced and check the SSL3.0 and TLS 1.0 boxes are ticked but the SSL2,0 isn't. Is this correct?? Betty.
