Still Birth Certificates

Is It possible you get a copy of a Still Birth Certificate from the mid- 70s does anyone know

In 1927 UK a Still Birth was entered into a Register for such and any information from it is not open to the public,,,,,only a parent or a sibling of a deceased same parent/s can be given access,

The GRO site will give you full details,,,,,,,,it will mean sending all of part proof of deceased parent/---/, a marriage of them---.. a self birth certificate,,,,,,,and costs,,
