Mary E Stubbs appears to be at 49 Willersley Avenue - page 57 of 360. Right hand column of the same page that you're taken to for her, except not Rosebery Ave !!

Lots of the addresses are way out on the London electoral rolls on Ancestry

I always look at the actual page and do an amendement if the transcription is wrong

Seem to remember reading somewhere the transcribing was given to prisoners in jail and they just didn't want to do it so made lots of errors .deliberate or not who knows!!!

Hadn’t heard the prisoner theory before now - the other suggestion was that the scans were computer read.

Usually the house number is correct , and also the page you're taken to - so usually not too hard to find the person even though the street name is often wrong.

May be it was just tiredness, but I just couldn’t ‘see it’ at all :-0
Anyway, it seems it’s not the person I was looking for as her husband wasn’t shown.
