I'm looking for any info leads on Michael drayne born about 1816 as far as I know he was born in county down his wife is Eliza ? Born about 1820 I know they had a son named henry born around 1851 his wife Mary Ann burns born around 1857 married in 1876'

Henry was born in 1851

This the only 1851 Henry Drain birth:

But the censuses say he was born in Salisbury.

So was he born in County down. Or Coombe down.????

The 1861 census for Eliza (and Charles McVeigh, if he's relevant) says Ireland, Co Down.

It's been mistranscribed as Combe Down, but later corrected on Ancestry.


And 1891 for Michael says Ireland Co Down on the image.
