I have seen the Tree with Patrick Nevin, died in Scotland, I sent a message to point out the error in parents, without any reply.Iam always wary and try and confirm when I can luckily you can view Irish Certs free of charge and followed William's siblings births in Co Mayo before they came to UK. Patrick is the mystery child he was born Claremorris Co Mayo 1896 appears in 1901 and 1911 census in England

Wow thanks for the other child details,i see a marriage in Liverpool in 1964 for man same name he had 2 children 1966 and 1969 found marriages for them both so hopefully if we get the Marriage cert from 1964 to confirm fathers details, we can perhaps find the family. Cant locate a death for Raymond so possibly still living.

There are several trees on ancestry with Patrick Thomas Nevin on it. They have him with your William and Honor as parents and him marrying an Esther Currie Little in Leith, Edinburgh.

It is the same man his mother was Honor McMANUS, who was born in Co Mayo would love to see a photo, not sure if he was William Thomas, but his grandfather was Thomas so possible.

He had been a seaman and his mother was Honor McManus, Togher, Holly Mount ?, Kelvindoney?, Co Mayo, Ireland.

I found a James Nevin b 1905 sailing from Auckland New Zealand in Nov 1942
he was employed aboard as a Fireman.

His address was shown as 16 Wesley Street Liverpool can anyone see who lived at that address in 1939 Register please.

The records I found for sea going men where working on passenger ships to US and Canada in 1920's, its possible they could have joined the Services. The elder sister of the men, was working the passenger liners up to 1936.

Interesting that Julia is listed in the Whittingham Hospital, her half brother Thomas McManus is also at the same place, this info was given by a previous request for his whereabouts in 1939.Found he was discharged in 1944.

The death place for Julia looks like the same area as the hospital,the date of birth listed same except out by one year but maybe they didn't know for sure.

The Nevin men, I found some records of sailors of same name so its possible they moved around.

Would someone be kind enough and look up the Register for the following family, they were living in Liverpool in 1911 at Reading Street. I cant locate any marriages and think james and another brother went to sea.
