There no plans at present.
You can order a copy from GRO but, as they are recent, you'd need the marriage date.

GRO says that the indexes are available to view on fiche at


The Library of Birmingham
Bridgend Local and Family History Centre
City of Westminster Archives Centre
Manchester Central Library
Newcastle City Library
Plymouth Central Library and
The British Library

However, they may not include post 2006 events. Before attending, it would be best to contact your nearest centre to check exactly which years they hold.
