Thank you both for your replies.

These people were put in a few years ago. I've just gone into my tree and the missing family members are now showing. It must have been a GR glitch.

If you have just put those people in and they have not come up on the tree display it is possible that you need to refresh the display (F5) or to log out and back in before it displays properly.

Another possibility that has confused some people is where the same person appears in two different places on the tree. To keep the display simple GR displays a copy of that person's box as well as the original box. If one is deleted by the tree owner, thinking that it is a superfluous copy, then that would probably delete that person completely from the tree. I think you would know if that had happened.

As nobody has replied, it looks as though nobody else is having this problem at the moment, although I do seem to remember a thread in the past when someone was complaining about the same thing.

Is anyone else having trouble with their tree. My gt grandmothers mother, grandmother and the rest of their families is no longer displayed.

I've never had any issues before where people I've added have 'gone missing'.
