Hi my name is Stephen Croft, I am just starting off my family tree,I was born in Salford in the cathedral area,I have relatives in Salford I know I had a cousin named Wendy, who's father was named Albert,
If any of this relates to yourself I would appreciate help, and if so would you allow me access to your tree.I have only just started to research, but have allowed you access to my tree.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards.

Also posted on Find Living relatives but with less detail.

If you'd like to add Wendy's name to that, we can try to find contact details for her.

Welcome, Steve. You'll find plenty of help on here so don't be afraid to ask. Be a little guarded of sharing your tree unless you are sure of the other party's involvement. Just establish some facts first. You'll learn as you go along. I found, in the beginning, some useful things to remember: start with what you know: don't discard any information no matter how small or insignificant it seems and only add to your tree information which you can prove or verify. Good luck!
