hi ive found a relative Capt. John Bell White he was high sheriff of Buckinghamshire in 1918 but for the life of me i cant find and image anyone have any suggestions. would be very gratefull

Researching:
white's of Scotland and Tranmere, Hyde's of Birkenhead, Walters of Cardiganshire, Evans of Dihewyd Cardiganshire, Capt John Bell White C.B.E R.N.R High sheriff of buckinghamshire 1918 and Member of the inner temple William Bell Hewitson White Co Down & Antrim 1901-1911 census in Ireland.

It may be possible that the records office has him listed as it was an important post

Would think they had taken a photo of him as a local dignitary

Have you tried googling his name

Perhaps these people have photos in their archive, though there's nothing on their website.
John Bell White was Master 1912-13:
