In the 1911 census on Findmypast there are only four Only's in all of England and Wales:-

Only George Benjamin Beck
Only Benns
Only Edward Carter
Only Jones.

It's an unfortunate mis-spelling of Mehitable spelled in many weird and wonderful ways in the censuses.
