FMP for 1911 goes from 91 to 93 Trumpington Road Cann Hall West Ham.

This for instance will give you the Edmonton street index for 1891

Once you have the folio page piece for yr street just go to one of the FH sites and bring up the census for the year you are interested in and enter the data. It will show all the people living in that piece - an ED often covers more than one road. This is ez to do with GRU (Search by reference, Folio, page, piece) and other FH sites.

Edmonton is also covered by the London electoral roll on Ancestry.

Remember that street names sometimes changed or disappeared altigether over time.
