I don't think you can do that on the GR tree. Very easy to do on other family tree programs such as Familtree Maker.

Gru have said that this feature will be in the next batch of updates. OTOH they have said that before ...

There are two workarounds:
a. create a copy record eg Jane Smith, Copy Jane Smith (this is what most people do)
b. import a GED with the cousin etc marriage already in it - Gru will display it properly. I have not myself tried this but it is reported as working.

If you use the GED solution don't forget that you may lose some information (photos, hot matches etc). Read the import GEDCOM notes before you start.

I have loads in my tree - seems to be a family trait for siblings to marry cousin siblings.

How I done it is I've kept the main tree with all the family links.
The cousin in the main tree I've mentions the marriage and added the partner with an x attached to their first name with an explanation in the comments.

The same I've done to their partner in their family line

Then if you search by surname you can see the two names but one having an x
I've continued adding the children to the mother's name that doesnt have an x
It means that each marriying cousin has a dupicate name but one with an x

Hope it is clear :-)

update
Importing the GED with the marrage in it didn't work. All that happened was it replaced my tree with the imported one. Think I did something wrong. Lucky I had a backup of my tree.

I did warn you to read the GEDCOM notes before doing it.

1. I use FTM on my PC as my master record for my tree and periodically update a gedcom file to sites such as GR, Ancestry and Tribal etc. In my experience multiple relationships such as cousins marrying from files imported in this manner will display correctly on GR. I can't comment on how they might print as I never use the print function on GR.

2. Unlike other sites which can allow you to maintain several trees, GR, at least currently, only allows a single tree. This means that the act of importing a gedcom will, to all intents and purposes, delete your existing tree and replace it with the info on the gedcom. This is what GR say on their Help page:-

"It is not necessary to remove your tree to allow an upload, but you can only upload one Gedcom per registration. If you import a file for one branch of your family and then import a second file, the first one will be automatically deleted and it is not possible to retrieve the data. "
