can't make out her husband's occupation though! Or much of the other categories.


However, they are still living in the same house, and John is still alive, which I wasn't sure about :-D

Yes it does! it just doesn't have it indexed!

Sign in under the dot com site and follow the link from the top of the page.They've given some 'browsing' hints if you know cross street names or 1930 EDs. :-D

Where is it available online please, even the abridged version might help me with my search as I know where the 'little divils' were!

If they haven't been transcribed, it is going to take some time to find people! Even a small township may have two or more E.D's and numerous pages.

On one site, there are a billion free records associated with the 1940s including the 1930 US census and draft registration docs etc.

i think they're still in the process of downloading the 1940 census onto the site through.
