My mother remembers visiting her grand -father A John Perks in the 1940's living in a gypsy sytyle caravan. He was born in1878 in Bury lancashire and then moved to Tanworth in Arden what my mother would like to know is where he was living when she visited him.He was married to a Marion Turner who died of the Spanish flu and then to Alice Allwood in 1921. How would I discover where he was living in the 1940s Thankyou for any help you can give :-)
