If you click on Messages - My Contacts you can see whether you have been denied access as there will be a red cross and Request Access against that contact's name. |

Ask GR - they have a 'contact us' facility, under the 'help' button |

I can access my 'other peoples' trees okay but am getting fed up with the system being so slow to do anything |

Just wondered if anyone knows if something has happened to affect access to other people's trees where they have previously given access? I can no longer access a tree which I was able to before and I assumed the person had just "ditched me" but know I realise I cannot see any of the 6 that I was able to. It seems too much coincidence that they all decided to remove me! Anyone any ideas? |
