Use the old layout..................you get the option of it when you click on family tree |

I was having that problem last week but it is working perfectly now. I suggest you update to IE9. |

Rambling Rose told me how to switch to the old tree, it works for me. Click on family tree and you see the option of choosing the old tree. Good luck. |

It's an old trick but might just work. Sign out of GR and then sign back in and try again. |
