FTM 2012 - Advice please!!

Assuming your cd isn't damaged, there have been some reported problems with AV software interfering with the install and causing it to fail. Norton has been mentioned as one of them. |

I think I would query it back to where you bought the FTM in the first place. Perhaps its a corrupted copy you never know. |

I bought FTM 2012 & put it in the CD thing (you can tell I'm technically minded!!) but lo & behold it comes up saying something about fatal error & not installed. I tried 6 times & kept getting the same message. |
