They ask the age last birthday not year of birth so yes she would have been two when the census was taken. It is not the first time I have seen deceased children listed on the 1911 |

I saw one the other day where 2 dead childrens names were entered and neatly crossed through, so easy to read !! |

It was a known problem, the inclusion of deceased children in household schedules, and there was action taken to try to rectify it at the time. |

I've got relatives on the 1911 who included the details of their deceased children until I guess they realised and struck through their mistake. I think it's probably more common than anyone realises until one of us lot spots it. |
