What was a Screentress Coach?

Just checked that now, she tried to correct the first word by writing over it so it isn't very legible but in the next column its states that she was a railway worker so my guess is that it should read seamstress coach, that is, she was stitching railway coach seats at York railway workshops. |

This is given as an occupation in the 1911 census for a femail head of household in York, does anyone know what type of work this involved? Google hasn't found anything relevant. |
