RMB is Royal Marine Barracks, at Eastney, which I think is still there. |

How are you accessing the census? The FMP site has the name of the institution on the transcription. |

Yes, you can press previous and next on the 1911 census. If I click on enumerator's summary (which might have given me the info), I get an error message. |
