I recently got a b/cert for a cousin and in the Father's name box it just had "Richard" followed by 13. On the extreme right it had "Thirteen, FGSB" These appear to be the initials of the registrar. Can any one explain? Thanks. |

It is where the Registrar has made an amendment. A list of amendments made would be recorded elsewhere. |
