Free BMD - Transcribing Problem

I have volunteered to transcribe, but am having a problem downloading one of their programmes.
Has anyone had this problem, and did you solve it?
I have Windows Vista.

the best thing I would have thought you could do is to ask your co-ordinator for help

He says to reboot. That doesn't work. He's getting back to me.......

I just thought it must have happened to someone else, the problem seems to be just in Vista.

Their program seems incompatable with Vista - I too tried and gave up.
