If they married before they went to Canada then the marriages should be on FreeBMD

Am trying to find My mother In laws two sisters who moved from Woolwich in London at the end of the First World War to Canada after the eldest married a Canadian soldier they were Rose Elizabeth Barclay 1896 and Ellen Frances Barclay1898 can someone tell me how to find the records of Canadian Soldiers and Marriages with English Women or Emigration records anything that will lead to information on what happened to them we have heard nothing about them since they left England
