To be honest, Full Tree View is only useful if you have a relatively small tree, say up to a few thousand names, after that it gets too unwieldy. |

Hi everyone. Inspector Green Pen is right - please contact our support team. We have a few little tricks we can try with our system where we can tweak your tree, which can help. Sometimes display problems are down to the tree itself, so if you have relations who've married, this can cause problems. |
