Thanks for the info guys, I found the baptisim of Hugh on Ancestry it was in St Nicholas Church, Liverpool, lancaster 1801 showing Thomas as the father profession - weaver. Still no closer to finding his mum though. Still need your help please! |

Where did you find the baptism? familysearch have a baptism for a Hugh Pilkinton in 1798 in Bolton le Moors, mother Martha |

How can I find the mother of a child born in 1800's? I have a record of Thomas being the father of Hugh Pilkington c1798 baptised in Liverpool St Nicholas but can't trace the mother. Any ideas! |
