County is different on Ancestry records

Just checked images on GR and Ancestry and no county is stated

You have to order exactly as it is written in the index, ...ie. David W.LEWIS instead of the full name.

I don't know if that would make a difference or whether David W. is in fact the person you need.

Did he die after 1969?
If so, his place and date of death should show on his death certificate.

COUNTY=CARDIGANSHIRE

THEY E-MAILED BACK AND SAID - THE INFORMATION STATED ON THE APPLICATION DOES NOT MATCH THE ENTRY IDENTIFIED. THE INFORMATION IS THE SAME AS I GOT OFF OF GENES RECORDS. CAN ANYBODY HELP PLEASE.
