Hi How would I get a hold of Agnes marriage cert to Fred or Jim? Is there a National Database? I know that she married in Haslingden and my grandad was born in 1913 but he was Fred Cubitts son and Jim Barrett/Barritt was his stepdad. If Agnes born 1894 is my Great grandmother then she would have been 19 when she had my grandad. The Agnes who died in Lancaster in 1969 is my great grandmother I was six when I went to the funeral, do not remember too much about her as a family fued between my grandad & grandmother stopped a lot of communication. Help please Vanessa |

Hi I have finally received marriage cert for Agnes Seager. She married Fred Cubitt when she was 20 years old, they married on 20/07/1912. That would mean Agnes was born in 1892. Says her fathers name is Harry Seager - Labourer at Leather Works. I can confirm that this is my Great Grandmother but how would I be able to trace rest of her family - siblings etc? Cheers for any help. Vanessa |
