i guess its up to you . Personally I would put them with the birth parents but make a note in the parents file & in the carers file who looked after them with any legal info you may have |

How do I list children who have been adopted within the family or are ward of the state but kept within the family? Should I list them under biological parent or carer or both with notes? |
