Taking over my father's GR tree?

Can anyone help me? My father spent five years researching our family history and built up a very comprehensive tree here on GR. However, he is now suffering advanced dementia and is now resident in a nursing home (he is 94) and has no memory of the work that he did, sometimes even who I am! Clearly he cannot give me his password for GR. |

Another good argument for not having your only tree online but having it on a family tree program on your home computer. |
