Might depend on which software you are using, but in Word, click on Format at top of screen, then select Borders and Shading; Page Border; then click in the None box. |

If you mean a document such as a census scan then you could load it into a photo editing program, such as Windows Photo Gallery and crop it to remove the border before you print it. |

You can download Picassa which is a free programme.you can crop images quite easily |
