If you go to the workhouses site at www.workhouses.org and put the name of the town where the workhouse was into the search box it will give you information about that particular workhouse. If you scroll down to the bottom of the information it usually tells you where any surviving records for that particular place are kept and also lists some of the records that do still exist. |
