I think your right about the address..
Looking at the image and magnification of 300% it is Fo'csle

Does that really say "The Foisle"? It couldn't be "The Fo'csle" could it? Or am I just squinting at it the wrong way???
I looked at the address image filled in by the enumerator and I think it looks like that.

Would someone with access to 1911 census, kindly let me know the address where Augustus & Mabel Steabben were living - it was definately in Sussex & probably in Worthing.
