if you look on the offficial 1911 at the help section-birthplace codes you will see :

621 Cork Resident


The occupation codes are also very useful

Probably alteration/amendment no 621

Hi,

I have been looking at the page of my great gandma and her brother and mother.
In the section where place of birth is entered my great Uncle has said St Mary Newington London and then British
My Great Gran has said, Borough High Street London ,with a line next to it in place of the word British

My Grt Grt Gran has said "County Cork" then, under neath in bracketts, "resident" with a line where it should say I suppose Irish.
The enumerator has written "621" in red over the top of the line.

Can some one tell me what the "621 "means please
