Thanks for replying! I always acknowledge the responses (good old fashioned manners surely?). I think it is probably my poor technical skills, due to old age!! Thanks again for your help both of you, I will use your suggestions.

Was it on Living relatives ? or has it just disapeared off the page? If the latter you would need to add something to the bottom to bring it to the top of the page again

edit - I see it is on this board as I said you will need to bring it back to the top no one is going to search for it I'm affraid

Have you found the thread ? If not you can find it by clicking on My thread on the left of the page under tools.

If the replies are no longer on the thread then that person has deleted, only the poster can delete their own replies

Did you acknowledge the responses ?? it can be very frustrating if one spends time searching and then seemingly no response from the person asking for info.

Hi everyone!

I recently asked for help on relatives in Ireland (still on the list) I definitely recieved at least one reply (thanks again Kentish Maid). Now the responses have disappeared! Was that my fault? What did I do? If anybody else replied thanks!
