You cant order wedding certs for pre Sept qtr 1837 when official registration started. What you need to find is the parish record of the marriage. It wont state fathers names though. |

As 1830 was before Civil Registration, you will need to get an extract from the parish records. Archives normally hold them, or a library local to the church. |
