If you look above, the "help" box has a drop-down menu which includes the "contact us" option.

Genes Reunited can only be reached by email. As far as I know, no contact numbers are listed..

Alternatively you can write to Genes Reunited, Fourth Floor, 117 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 5DY.

Or, for Subscription queries to Genes Reunited Accounts, Gateway House, Technology Park, Dundee DD2 1TP.

There is another way in which you can contact Genes Reunited these days. If you are registered on Facebook, GR has a page which they appear to monitor:

I noted a problem on the message boards earlier this week. I posted details of it on the Facebook page and it solicited a response from GR themselves within a few minutes saying that they would get their technical people to investigate. The problem was resolved in about 4 hours.

Don't put off until tomorrow doing what you can do today. If you like doing it today you can do it again tomorrow. Be kind to your children for it is they who will decide which care home you end up in.

Don't forget that GR office only works 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday
