How can I find parents?

I have the marriage cert of Kenneth Henry Quarterman and Freda Joyce Cripps in June 1951 in Oxford. I can find the parents and grandparents of Freda but Kenneth is a problem. There is no fathers name on his marriage cert, he lived in Oxford at the time of marriage and was aged 22 but , the name on the certificate for Kenneth says Kenneth Henry Quarterman otherwise Kenneth Henry Quarterman Mills. I cannot find a birth anywhere, please could anyone help? |
