I think the 1911 census should be correct - it was filled out by the family. Have you found them on the earlier censuses? Some children could have been born before the marriage. |

There is a tree on Ancestry that has the Elsie Amy Barron born 1897 from the 1911 census listed as Constance Elsie Barron. |
