I have been asked to help trace the family tree of an Anglo/Indian family who originate in Calcutta.
Any tips please on where to start or where to find records.
I have Ancestry membership if that helps.

I have found BMD records in Calcutta for one of my families with Indian connections on

www.familysearch.org

Working on that site at the moment but have only found the marriage so far.
Anyone willing to help the family details are as follows;
John Albert Good b 1912 Calcutta married Enid Mary (or May) D'Rosario 1933 Calcutta. Both aged 21.
Father of John shown as James Good, Family state that his mother was called Alice but no other details.
John believed to have died 1940/41 Calcutta and his wife died 1966 Calcutta.
The current family members have an e on the end of their name (Goode) but we do not know why or when this was added.
On the D'Rozario/D'Rosario side the only details I have are,

parents of Enid May father William and mother Eveline Beatrice both born India?
All help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
