Two options really. Create a new tree or merge the new gedcom with your original. The first is probably safer until you get more experience and are confident in what you are doing. |

Thankyou for explaining that so clearly. Yes, I agree with how you do things yourself and that is/was my intention. However, I got too enthusiastic with wanting to try "GEDCOM" exporting and exported it to FTM. Then I reverted back to genes to update my tree because I couldn't be bothered to find my way around new FTM software and subsequently made things more complicated for myself!!! |
