I use FTM 2010 and it displays the relationship between the selected person and the one that you have set as the Home Person on screen. So if you set yourself as the Home Person is gives the relationship to anyone in your tree automatically just by highlighting the person. |

I also have a great uncle who died 95 years ago next week - 22nd November 1915 in Mesopotamia (now Iraq). I too will be remembering him tomorrow. |

Your grandmother's brother would be your great uncle. In the U.S. I believe it would be grand uncle. |
