Can anyone decipher WW1 Medal Rolls Index Cards Pl

I have found my Great Uncle's WW1 Medal \Roll Index Card, but I don't know how to decipher it to tell what medals he would have been entitled to. He was only 23 and died on 13.11.1914 at Ypres. He is listed on the Menin Gate and has no known grave. I assume therefore that he was blown to bits. Not a nice thought, but a fact I accept. |

The references you've given from the card refer to the Medal Rolls which are at the National Archives. The only extra information they usually give is a mans battalion. |

Thank you for that. No I've not searched for a service record for him on Ancestry. I'll try that next. What do the crosses with dots in them mean? also the bit where it says: Clasp /2/3380 ? |

The dots just indicate what was inscribed on his medal |
