can someone tell me why genes tells you to add to your message to put it at the top of the page, doesnt that mean that your message is on twice which is what we are being told not to do |

It just means that when you add a message to a thread it moves the thread up to the top. You can add anything just the word nudge or even just the letter n. |

No you don't have to write the message again. Just click on "Add" and type in the letter n and hit submit. |
