I have a number of redundant BMD Certificates for various people who I thought may be direct relatives, but which later turned out to be unrelated to my family. |

Does anyone know how to link a held certificate back to it's GRO reference please? |

If you didn't want to keep the certificates, I suppose you could always hand them on to a family history society in the area that they relate to. They would probably be able to archive them - I know the Research Library of the family history society I'm in is open to visitors/researchers one day per week so the resources can be seen by other people. |
